THIRD GRADE TEACHERS

Picture
Charlotte Flannagan (cflannag@rvaschools.net) -- Mrs. Flannagan attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a B.I.S in Liberal Studies for Elementary Education and a Masters of Teaching.  She completed her student teaching at PHSSA and instantly fell in the love with the school. Mrs. Flannagan is excited to be a member of the Third Grade team.  She grew up outside of Richmond in Charles City County.  Some of her favorite things are reading, writing, beaches, spending time with family, and her dogs.

Tomondra Peyton (tbonapar@rvaschools.net) -- Mrs. Peyton attended Howard University where she studied English in coordination with Education, then continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University where she received her BS in Sociology and her Masters in Teaching. When not in the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and extended family. Mrs. Peyton is an active sports mom and event planner. Some of her favorite things include traveling, turtles, shopping, and the beach. She looks forward to opportunities to continue sharing her love of education with the students and families in the PHSSA community.
